The Law Firm ALVAREZ & DE PRADA was founded, by attorneys Miriam Griselda de Prada and Guillermo Oscar Alvarez, in 1997 with the intention of delivering excellence in legal services for the Small and Medium Companies.
From the beginning, focused to give the necessary attention to the client in order to achieve the best solution of each particular case.
The Firm was organized as a "Boutique Law Firm" with an agile and efficient structure that lets to face the continuous economic and social changes in our country. The permanent training to develop skills that permit solving difficulties in that conjuncture.
Our dedication and professionalism led us among the Specialized Law Firm in Tax, Corporate and Commercial law.
In 2011 cofounder Miriam Griselda de Prada left the Law Firm to become a Judicial Power member. However, colleagues have been incorporated to achieve the aim of giving specialized counseling to the clients and develop strategies to face their business challenges.
